Terms of Service

Between you and Amastran NET, operated by Ahmed Mahmood ("we"). By installing or using the app you accept these terms and the licence agreement.

  1. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Your Watch Shelf on up to the number of computers in your plan (2 or 5) at the same time, while you have an active trial or subscription. Details are in the licence agreement.
  2. Free trial. Each computer gets a free 14-day trial of all features, which ends at the end of the 14th day (UTC). Reinstalling does not start another trial on the same computer. Two computers signed in to the same Google account share one trial.
  3. Plans and payment. Plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled: 2 computers or 5 computers. You buy on Whop, which processes the payment under its own terms. Prices are shown on the product page and on Whop: 2 computers $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year; 5 computers $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Taxes are added where the payment provider requires them.
  4. Cancelling. Cancel any time from your Whop account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
  5. Your computers. Use the same purchase email on every computer. When all computers on your plan are in use, the app asks which one to sign out; nothing is deleted on the computer that is signed out. To prevent sharing, you can sign computers out or move to another computer at most 2 times in any 30 days on a 2-computer plan and 4 times on a 5-computer plan; email us if you need another move. Changing to a smaller plan signs out the oldest extra computers.
  6. If a trial or subscription ends. The app switches to read-only: you can still look through your library and search it, but playing, adding, editing, exporting, syncing and connecting Google Drive are paused. Nothing is deleted or changed, and your library stays where it is. Subscribing again, or activating your purchase, restores everything at once.
  7. Working offline. The app works without internet for up to 32 days between licence checks. While the app is open and online it re-checks about every 5 minutes (and when you come back to the window), so a refund, cancellation or sign-out takes effect within minutes of being online.
  8. Online videos and other sites. The app saves links and plays online videos through the sites' own embedded players; it does not download them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Netflix, Twitch, X, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Apple TV, Rumble or any other site. Your use of those sites is governed by their terms. You are responsible for only adding content you are allowed to watch.
  9. Your files and Google Drive. The app works with files you choose and does not delete your video files. If you turn on Google Drive sync or Local File Sync, data is stored in your own Google Drive under Google's terms; Local File Sync can use a lot of your Drive storage. The "Remove local copy" action deletes the file on your computer only after the app has confirmed a copy is in your Drive; "Delete forever" with Local File Sync on also deletes that video's copy from your Drive.
  10. Updates. The app may offer updates and may require a minimum version for security or data-format reasons. Your library is saved to a safety copy before an update is installed.
  11. Acceptable use. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except as the law allows), share your licence beyond the computers in your plan, or interfere with the licensing service.
  12. No warranty; liability. Your Watch Shelf is provided "as is". Keep your own backups. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Consumer rights that cannot be limited are not affected.
  13. Governing law. The laws of Pakistan apply. Please write to us first at info@amastran.net so we can try to sort any problem out together; if we cannot, the courts of Pakistan decide. This does not remove any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
