Your Watch Shelf
Licence Agreement
Last updated: October 14, 2026
End-user licence agreement. Licensor: Amastran NET, operated by Ahmed Mahmood, info@amastran.net.
- What you get. A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Your Watch Shelf ("the app") on up to 2 or 5 computers at the same time, depending on your plan, for your own use, while your trial or subscription is active. The app is licensed, not sold. During the free trial the limit is 2 computers on the same Google account.
- What you may not do. Copy the app except for backup of your installer; sell, rent, lend or sublicense it; remove its licensing checks; share one subscription between several people or more computers than your plan allows; reverse-engineer or modify it except where the law gives you that right; use it to break the law or others' rights.
- Ownership. We keep all rights in the app, its design, name and code. You keep all rights in your own videos and library. We claim nothing in your content and cannot see it.
- Licence checks. The app contacts our licensing service to start a trial, activate, and confirm your subscription, as described in the privacy policy. Normal offline use is allowed for up to 32 days between checks.
- Updates. We may release updates that fix or change features.
- Ending. The licence ends if your subscription ends, is refunded or charged back, or if you break this agreement. When it ends the app becomes read-only (you can look at and search your library; playing, adding, editing, exporting and syncing are paused); your library and backups are not deleted or changed.
- Third-party sites. The app plays online videos in the sites' own players and does not download them. We are not affiliated with those sites.
- No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own backups.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited are not affected.
- Third-party software. The app includes open-source components (including Electron, Chromium, React and SQLite) under their own licences, listed in our third-party notices, which we will send you on request at info@amastran.net.
- Law. The laws of Pakistan apply, as set out in the terms of service.
